You have a powerful machine between your ears. One could say that what you have between your ears is much more powerful than any computer, scientists confirm that. But how do you feed your mind in the first place? Your mind is the greatest gift you have received, so think carefully how you feed your mind…
According to statistics, 85% of American households don’t buy a single non-fiction book in a year…. Not a single one! To make it even more shocking, those who do buy a non-fiction book don’t read it!
At the same time, Americans spend $30 billion(!) a year on films, with a tv being turned on in an average household for 6 hours and 45 minutes a day! And very often they don’t even watch it, it’s just turned on. Some people often say “I just want to see what’s on.” That’s even worse, because it’s playing in the background and it’s sending information unconsciously into your mind without you realising it.
I’m not saying that television is bad. There are good things on television from time to time, but you need to be selective about what you watch, you need to guard access to your mind and only let good things in.

Today, I would like to share with you a book I have been reading lately. “Peace is the way” by Deepak Chopra.
Chris Paine’s documentary film is a remarkable achievement in the history of the film industry.
